This investigation service is for organizations who are required to adhere to their provincial provisions on workplace harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination and Human Rights. In addition, this service also investigates complaints pertaining to the violation of internal policies pertaining to a respectful workplace. The organization will receive upon completion of the investigation, a full report that would include an analysis and findings pertaining to the complaint(s) investigated.
Recommendations may be given upon request.

This investigation service is for federally regulated organizations who are required to adhere to the workplace harassment and violence provisions under the Canada Labour Code. This investigation focuses on identifying root causes and risk factors that would have given rise to the occurrence, as opposed to the alleged conduct and individuals involved. The WHVP report will provide the organization with recommendations on what actions can be taken to provide a safe work environment.

This investigation service is for organizations who want to be aware of areas where the organization is susceptible to workplace conflict and toxic work environments.
This investigation involves speaking to staff members from various levels within the organization, as well as reviewing current internal policies, operations, and physical workspaces, to provide an assessment report to the employer.
This report would identify what the apparent risks in the workplace are, as well as recommendations on how to mitigate them.
